Directions

  1. 1Crush 40 Oreo cookies in a food processor on low speed for less than a minute.
  2. 2Add one block of softened cream cheese on top of the crushed Oreo cookies in the food processor and mix.
  3. 3Form the mixture into balls and place them in the fridge to chill for at least 30 minutes.
  4. 4Use a small cookie scoop to drop each ball onto a parchment paper lined surface.
  5. 5Chill the formed Oreo balls in the fridge while melting the chocolate.
  6. 6Melt about half of a 300-gram bar of milk chocolate in the microwave.
  7. 7Add a little dab of coconut oil to the melting chocolate to help it melt nicely and maintain a thin, shiny consistency.
  8. 8Microwave the chocolate for approximately 90 seconds, stopping and stirring after each 30-second increment to prevent burning.
  9. 9Dip each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate and return it to the parchment paper lined surface.
  10. 10Place the chocolate-dipped Oreo balls back into the fridge to chill until the chocolate is fully hardened and set.
