Directions

  1. 1Combine pork with salt, baking soda, and water, then knead until the water is absorbed.
  2. 2Add soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, rice wine and one egg; mix well.
  3. 3Set up a pan with water and heat it up.
  4. 4Sear the pork in the pan using low heat.
  5. 5Add napa cabbage, water spinach, carrots, and glass noodles.
  6. 6Mix sukiyaki sauce with three eggs.
  7. 7Pour the sauce over the pork and vegetables, then stir gently.
