Start with your rice. Wash the rice until the water runs clear and then add water that comes up just before your first knuckle. Bring to a boil and then cover immediately. Lower heat to low and let cook for 12 minutes. Turn off heat for 5 minutes and then fluff your rice. Add some rice wine vinegar, sesame oil and sesame seeds.
Add ground turkey to a heated skillet and flatten out. Cook undisturbed for 5-8 minutes until a slight crust is formed. Mix turkey together and break apart. Continue until turkey is fully cooked through.
Season turkey with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger, and MSG.
Add in sliced mushrooms, mix and cook for another 5-8 minutes on medium heat until mushrooms are tender.
Then add in the two bags of coleslaw and pour in your favorite sauce. Mix together and cook for 5-8 minutes until the coleslaw becomes tender.
Serve over a bed of your rice topped with Yum Yum sauce, sriracha and sesame seeds.
