Cheesy Chicken Pinwheels
Directions
- 1Mix laughing cow cheese and fajita seasoning together as you spread it over the surface of the tortilla.
- 2Add chicken then drizzle queso on top, sprinkle tortilla over surface (optional add pico).
- 3Roll cheese like a burrito (tightly).
- 4Slice to create your pinwheels.
- 5Eat them cold OR air fry 370 for 5-7 min.
- 6Pair with your fav sides for a quick yummy lunch.

- 1 piece low cal tortilla
- 1 wedge pepper jack laughing cow cheese
- 0.25 tsp fajita seasoning
- 3 oz any chicken
- 1 tbsp any salsa or enchilada sauce
- 1 drizzle queso
- 1 handful tortilla strips
- 1 handful shredded mexican cheese
