Directions

  1. 1Sauté onions, cilantro and garlic paste in a frying pan.
  2. 2Add ground beef to the pan and season with onion powder, adobo seasoning, and taco seasoning.
  3. 3Add velveeta, cream cheese, ground beef, onion, cilantro, shredded cheddar cheese, rotel, and heavy cream to an aluminum foil pan.
  4. 4Mix all ingredients together in the pan.
  5. 5Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

  • 1 onion
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon complete adobo seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 block velveeta cheese
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can rotel
  • 1 cup heavy cream
