Directions
- 1In a large bowl, mix two boxes of white cake mix with 6 oz of strawberry Jell-O.
- 2Add 1.33 cups of oil and 4 beaten eggs.
- 3Add two cups of thawed frozen strawberries and their juice.
- 4Grease and flour two 9-inch cake pans. Pour batter into the cake pans.
- 5Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- 6Beat 1 (16-ounce) box of confectioners' sugar, 1 stick of butter, and ½ cup of frozen strawberries (without the juice) until smooth.
- 7Let cake layers cool for at least 10 minutes before frosting.
- 8Frost the cooled cake layers with the strawberry frosting.
