Bueno Muffins
Directions
- 1Add eggs, sugar, vanilla, and a pinch of salt to a bowl.
- 2Mix for 3 minutes.
- 3Add milk and melted butter.
- 4Add flour and baking powder.
- 5Stir briefly.
- 6Add chopped chocolate and almonds.
- 7Fill muffin tins.
- 8Decorate with white chocolate and chopped almonds.
- 9Bake at 170 degrees (top/bottom heat) for about 20-25 minutes.
- 10Make a hole in the muffin.
- 11Fill with Bueno cream.
- 12Garnish with Bueno.

- 30 g chopped almonds
- Bueno for decoration
