Directions
- 1Mash 2 ripe bananas in a plate.
- 2Add lemon juice and mix.
- 3Mix mashed bananas with brown sugar and vanilla sugar.
- 4Add two eggs and beat vigorously.
- 5Add soft butter and mix again.
- 6Add flour in two parts and baking powder.
- 7Mix well with your electric mixer.
- 8Add the rest of the flour and mix for about a minute until a homogeneous batter is obtained.
- 9Add milk and mix again.
- 10In another bowl, divide your dough in two.
- 11In one of the bowls, add cocoa powder and mix well.
- 12Place your little silicone molds directly into your air fryer basket; if you prefer, you can very well use small paper molds.
- 13Now fill your molds, alternating the two batters.
- 14With the tip of a knife or like with a wooden pick, form pretty marbling.
- 15For the Ninja Air Fryer cook: On BAKE mode for 5 minutes at 200 degrees + 13 minutes at 175 degrees.
- 16For the Medek Air Fryer or other brands: 5 minutes at 200 degrees + 15 minutes at 175 degrees.
