Directions

  1. 1Fry cubed spam in a pan until golden and crispy.
  2. 2Combine cooked rice, crispy spam, chopped green onions, scrambled eggs, sesame seeds, crumbled nori, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  3. 3Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a gloved hand.
  4. 4Shape the mixture into small, tightly packed rice balls and arrange on a tray.
  5. 5For a spicy variation, add sriracha and chili oil to the remaining rice mixture, mix well, and shape into additional balls.
