Directions

  1. 1Dice one yellow onion.
  2. 2Mince some ginger.
  3. 3Mince some garlic.
  4. 4Set aside all the chopped ingredients.
  5. 5Crack two eggs into a bowl and whisk.
  6. 6Add oil to your wok.
  7. 7Add the white ends of scallions to the wok.
  8. 8Sauté the scallions for a few minutes.
  9. 9Pour the whisked eggs into the wok.
  10. 10Season the eggs with salt and pepper.
  11. 11Scramble the eggs.
  12. 12Remove scrambled eggs from the wok and set aside in a bowl.
  13. 13Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
