Directions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2Combine cake mix and gelatin in a large bowl; whisk until fully combined.
  3. 3Add softened butter and eggs; mix until cookie dough forms.
  4. 4Add white chocolate chips and fold in.
  5. 5Roll cookie dough into 1.5-inch balls. Place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  6. 6Bake for 12 minutes.
  7. 7Let cool for 5 minutes on baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack.
