Orange Creamsicle Cookies
Directions
- 1Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2Combine cake mix and gelatin in a large bowl; whisk until fully combined.
- 3Add softened butter and eggs; mix until cookie dough forms.
- 4Add white chocolate chips and fold in.
- 5Roll cookie dough into 1.5-inch balls. Place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- 6Bake for 12 minutes.
- 7Let cool for 5 minutes on baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack.
