World famous chocolate chip cookies
Directions
- 1Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, and very soft butter to a mixing bowl.
- 2Mix the wet ingredients using a stand mixer.
- 3In a separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients together.
- 4Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix gently until combined.
- 5Add chocolate chips and mix just enough to combine.
- 6Once the cookie dough is crumbly, finish assembling the dough by hand.
- 7Weigh out each cookie dough ball (around 50g) and place them on a baking sheet, leaving enough space for the cookies to spread.
- 8Place 3 chocolate chips on top of each cookie dough ball.
- 9Bake at 350°F for 12 minutes. Let the cookies chill in the fridge for 20 minutes before baking.

- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 280 g flour
- 20 g corn starch
- 12 g baking soda
- 220 g chocolate chips
