- 8Add red food coloring to the smaller portion and mix until it turns pink.
- 9Spread the white cream cheese mixture evenly over the cookie crust in the baking pan.
- 10Transfer the pink cream cheese mixture into a piping bag. Pipe lines of the pink mixture over the white layer.
- 11Smooth the pink layer with a spatula to create an even surface.
