Directions
- 1Add butter into the food processor.
- 2Add three eggs into the food processor.
- 3Pour one cup of apple sauce into the food processor.
- 4Add half a cup of brown sugar into the food processor.
- 5Add two to three teaspoons of cinnamon into the food processor.
- 6Add two teaspoons of vanilla into the food processor.
- 7Add one teaspoon of salt into the food processor.
- 8Add one teaspoon of baking soda into the food processor.
- 9Process the wet ingredients in the food processor.
- 10Peel and add two bananas to the food processor.
- 11Process the wet ingredients and bananas in the food processor until pureed.
- 12Add three cups of oats into a large mixing bowl.
- 13Add one cup of all-purpose flour into the mixing bowl.
- 14Add half a cup of ground flaxseed into the mixing bowl.
- 15Add half a cup of hemp hearts into the mixing bowl.
- 16Add half a cup of chia seeds into the mixing bowl.
- 17Add half a cup of almond flour into the mixing bowl.
- 18Add half a cup of pumpkin seeds into the mixing bowl.
- 19Add half a cup of unsweetened coconut into the mixing bowl.
- 20Add one cup of raisins into the mixing bowl.
- 21Add half to one cup of chocolate chips into the mixing bowl.
- 22Mix the dry ingredients in the bowl.
- 23Pour the pureed wet ingredients from the food processor into the bowl with the dry ingredients.
- 24Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
- 25Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 26Spoon the cookie mixture onto the baking sheet in good-sized tablespoon measures.
- 27Press each cookie with a fork to flatten it.
- 28Bake the cookies in an oven at 350 degrees for about 12-15 minutes.

Tips
- If you don't like raisins, skip them.
- You can microwave an apple with a little bit of water and you get instant apple sauce.
- Always use unsweetened coconut, you don't need more sugar.
