Fry the onions on medium-high heat until golden.

Add the garlic and ginger, keep stirring for a minute.

Turn the heat to medium, then add your spices.

Stir the spices for about half a minute then add the tomato puree.

Mix it in and cook it until you can see the oil in the edges.

Add yogurt and mix it in very quickly.

Add paneer and mix it in.

Add frozen peas.

Add about half a cup of water, salt, dried fenugreek leaves, and a touch of honey for sweetness.

Mix it in, cover it up until the paneer is fully cooked.

Level up your consistency. Turn the heat up and let the water evaporate a bit.

Once you have the right consistency add coriander for garnish.

1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chilli powder
0.5 tsp garam masala
0.25 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbls yogurt
250 g paneer
0.5 cup frozen green peas
1 salt
0.25 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
1 tbls honey
1 coriander
