Creamy Garlic Cheesy Chicken & Potatoes

Directions

  1. 1Slice your chicken into cubes.
  2. 2Add fresh garlic, onion powder, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, paprika, salt, and olive oil to the chicken.
  3. 3Mix the chicken and seasonings until well combined.
  4. 4Slice the uncooked potatoes into cubes.
  5. 5Season the potatoes with salt, garlic powder, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, paprika, and optional olive oil.
  6. 6Mix the potatoes and seasonings well.
  7. 7Air fry the potatoes for 18-20 minutes at 200°C (400°F) or oven bake for 20-23 minutes at 200°C.
  8. 8Cook the chicken on high heat for 5-6 minutes until browned.
  9. 9Lower the heat and add milk, light cream cheese, parmesan, and extra seasoning to the chicken.

Tips

  • When cooking the potatoes, make sure they do not burn and get too dry. You can skip the olive oil and use cooking spray instead.
  • After cooking the chicken for 5-6 mins, make sure you lower the heat before adding the milk and cream cheese.
  • Mix the cream cheese till it melts and becomes smooth and creamy.
  • After adding the potatoes in, mix till combined then add cheese, cover for 4-5 mins till the cheese is melted.
