Directions

  1. 1Spray a frying pan with low calorie cooking spray and begin to fry off the chicken, chorizo and onion.
  2. 2Season with paprika, then add in the tomato puree.
  3. 3Once cooked place in a mixing dish and mix through the grated cheese and light soft cheese.
  4. 4Add the chicken mix to the middle of the wrap and tightly fold up tucking in the edges.
  5. 5Put the wrap back in the frying pan to crisp off or alternatively crisp off in the air-fryer.

  • 1 wrap
  • 120 g chicken breast
  • 10 g chorizo
  • 0.25 onion
  • 25 g light cream cheese
  • 15 g tomato puree
  • 20 g light grated cheese
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0 salt
  • 0 pepper
  • 0 chilli flakes
