- 11Add sauce to the chicken, leek, and bacon mixture.
- 12In a pot, add chicken bones, vegetables, peppercorns, chicken stock, and madeira.
- 13Add flour, butter, and water to a bowl and mix.
- 14Roll out dough.
- 15Add dough to a pie tin.
- 16Add the chicken, leek, and bacon mixture to the pie tin.
- 17Cover pie with more dough.
- 18Mash potatoes.
- 19Add butter and milk to the mashed potatoes.
