Directions
- 1Whisk double cream with sugar and mango pulp until it forms soft peaks, then set aside.
- 2Place a slice of vanilla cake at the bottom of a cup.
- 3Add custard and mango pulp.
- 4Top it with the chantilly cream you just made.
- 5Repeat steps until you reach the top of the cup.
- 6Finish with a swirl of cream and top with chocolate curls.
