Banoffee Pie

Directions
- 1Put biscuits in a plastic bag.
- 2Crush the biscuits with a rolling pin.
- 3Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter.
- 4Put the mixture into a cake mold and press down.
- 5Mix brown sugar, butter and condensed milk over heat until it thickens and changes color.
- 6Pour the caramel over the biscuit base.
- 7Place slices of banana over the caramel.
- 8Whip cream with cold water.
- 9Spread whipped cream on the pie.
- 10Grate chocolate on top of the pie.

- 15 digestive biscuits
- 125 gram melted butter
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 0.25 cup brown sugar
- 0.25 cup butter
- 50 gram butter
- 1 packet whipped cream mix
- 1 cup cold water
- sliced bananas
- grated chocolate
