Fish Pie

Directions
- 1Wash potatoes
- 2Peel the potatoes
- 3Cut the potatoes
- 4Boil the potatoes with water and salt
- 5Strain the potatoes
- 6Mash the potatoes, then add salt, pepper, butter and orange eggs
- 7Melt butter in a pot, then slice shallots and add it to the pot
- 8Slice fennel and add it to the pot
- 9Slice leek and add it to the pot
- 10Add salt and pepper to the pot and stir
- 11Add flour to the pot and stir
- 12Add milk to the pot and stir
- 13Cut cheese and add it to the pot
- 14Add cod to the pot
- 15Add prawns to the pot
- 16Remove skin from salmon, cut and add it to the pot
- 17Add peas, parsley and dill to the pot
- 18Cut pickled gherkins and add it to the pot
- 19Add lemon juice to the pot, then salt and pepper and stir
- 20Add the fish mix to a baking dish
- 21Add mashed potatoes on top of the fish mix and flatten
- 22Use a fork to create a pattern
- 23Bake
