Directions
- 1Saute onions & garlic in butter.
- 2Add beef and brown.
- 3Season with packets.
- 4Add remaining ingredients and simmer to thicken.
- 5Mix 1/2 cup cheese into the beef mixture.
- 6Spread butter on buns, sprinkle with seasonings & cheese.
- 7Toast buns for 7 min at 400 degrees Fahrenheit, then add 1/2 cup shredded cheese until melty.
- 8Fill buns with Mississippi beef.

- 1 au ju seasoning packet
- 0.5 cup peperoncini juice
- 0.5 cup peperoncini peppers, sliced
- 0.5 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 cup jack cheese, shredded
- 6 hamburger buns
- 2 tbsp soft butter
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp parsley
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
