- 5Add the egg yolks, sugar and lemon zest to the strained juice.
- 6Mix the ingredients together.
- 7Cook on low heat until it thickens, constantly whisking.
- 8Pour the cream to a measuring cup and add white chocolate.
- 9Blend with an immersion blender.
- 10Pour the cream inside the lemon peel.
- 11Sprinkle sugar on top.
- 12Caramelize the sugar using a torch.
- 13Enjoy your creamy lemon dessert.
