Super easy slow cooker ribs

Directions

  1. 1Prepare the baby back ribs by removing the membrane from the back of each rack.
  2. 2Pat the ribs dry with paper towels.
  3. 3In a bowl, combine brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper to create the rub.
  4. 4Generously season both sides of the ribs with the rub.
  5. 5Place the seasoned ribs into the slow cooker.
  6. 6Pour BBQ sauce over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
  7. 7Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours until the ribs are tender.
  8. 8Baste the ribs with the sauce from the slow cooker during cooking if desired.
  9. 9Carefully remove the cooked ribs from the slow cooker and let them rest before serving.
  10. 10Slice and serve the ribs, optionally drizzling with more sauce.
