Directions

  1. 1In a saucepan, take 400 ml of milk and bring it to a medium-low heat.
  2. 2Mix warm milk with 1 tsp of cornflour and keep aside.
  3. 3Add 1 tbsp of cocoa powder to the saucepan and stir continuously until well mixed.
  4. 4When the milk boils, add 2 tbsp of sugar and stir until dissolved.
  5. 5Pour in the cornflour slurry and stir to remove any lumps.
  6. 6Boil for a minute and then add the dark chocolate, stirring until melted.
  7. 7Once it has a smooth consistency, your hot chocolate is ready.
  8. 8Serve hot and enjoy!

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 0.5 cup dark chocolate
