4Cut the salmon down the center, without cutting all the way through.
5Cut at an angle to create a pocket.
6Stuff the crab mixture inside the salmon.
7Season with all-purpose rub.
8Place the salmon on the grill at 300 degrees.
9Cook until the salmon reaches 145 degrees internally.
10Remove salmon from grill.
11Garnish with parsley and lemon juice.
