Directions

  1. 1Combine lump crab meat, different cheeses, garlic, mayo, dijon mustard, bread crumbs, fresh parsley, all-purpose seasoning, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. 2Mix ingredients together.
  3. 3Score the edges of the salmon fillet.
  4. 4Cut the salmon down the center, without cutting all the way through.
  5. 5Cut at an angle to create a pocket.
  6. 6Stuff the crab mixture inside the salmon.
  7. 7Season with all-purpose rub.
  8. 8Place the salmon on the grill at 300 degrees.
  9. 9Cook until the salmon reaches 145 degrees internally.
  10. 10Remove salmon from grill.
  11. 11Garnish with parsley and lemon juice.
