Cut the white cabbage into slices.

Place the white cabbage slices in a bowl.

Cut the red cabbage into slices.

Add the red cabbage slices to the bowl.

Add three tablespoons of sea salt.

Mix together very well to release all the water inside the cabbage.

Place the mixed cabbage in a jar.

Put them down.

Add the released water from the bowl to the jar.

Cover with the lid.

Tips
Leave for a period of two weeks outside the refrigerator, inside a closet.
Every day, compress the cabbage so that the water stays above the cabbage.
