Churro Cheesecake Cookies

Directions
- 1In a bowl, combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, melted butter, and eggs. Mix well.
- 2Add flour and mix until a dough forms.
- 3Roll dough into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 4Add a spoonful of cream cheese to the center of each dough ball.
- 5Roll dough balls in cinnamon sugar.
- 6Bake cookies until golden brown.
- 7Once cooled, drizzle caramel sauce over the cookies.
