Directions
- 1Cook your chicken cutlets and begin sauce.
- 2Add sun-dried tomato oil, onions, garlic and sun-dried tomatoes to the pan.
- 3Add tomato paste and deglaze pan with chicken stock.
- 4Cook heart-shaped pasta in boiling water with salt.
- 5Add seasonings, heavy cream and pasta water to the sauce.
- 6Mix in parmesan cheese and baby spinach.
- 7Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix.
- 8Plate chicken on top and sprinkle parsley.
- 9Serve and enjoy!

- 1 handful baby spinach

- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 egg
- 0.75 cup panko seasoned bread crumbs
- 2.5 tbs olive oil
