Directions

  1. 1Shred the white cheddar, pepper jack, and smoked cheddar cheese.
  2. 2Add all the shredded cheese to the Crock Pot, which is already on high.
  3. 3Add a little bit of milk to the cheese in the Crock Pot.
  4. 4Stir the cheese and milk together.
  5. 5Place the lid on the Crock Pot and let the cheese start to melt.
  6. 6Take one pound of Jimmy Dean's hot sausage and throw it in a pan.
  7. 7Smush the sausage out to cover the entire pan and turn on the burner.
  8. 8Once the bottom of the sausage is brown, cut it in half, flip each side, and wait for the other side to brown.
  9. 9Use a meat chopper to chop up the sausage into crumbles.
  10. 10Drain the oil from the cooked sausage.
  11. 11Once the cheese in the Crock Pot is melted, add the one pound of spicy sausage.
  12. 12Add one drained can of corn.
  13. 13Add two cans of Rotel Classic.
  14. 14Add one block of softened cream cheese.
  15. 15Add four ounces of sour cream.
  16. 16Add two deseeded and chopped jalapeños.
  17. 17Mix all the ingredients together in the Crock Pot.
  18. 18Throw the lid back on the Crock Pot and let it melt together.

  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 2 cans Rotel Classic
  • 1 block softened cream cheese
  • 4 ounces sour cream
  • 2 jalapeños, deseeded and chopped

Tips

  • To perfectly crumble sausage, smush it out to cover the pan, brown the bottom, cut in half, flip, brown the other side, then chop it up.
  • Grate your own cheese instead of using pre-shredded.
