Shred the white cheddar, pepper jack, and smoked cheddar cheese.

Add all the shredded cheese to the Crock Pot, which is already on high.

Add a little bit of milk to the cheese in the Crock Pot.

Stir the cheese and milk together.

Place the lid on the Crock Pot and let the cheese start to melt.

Take one pound of Jimmy Dean's hot sausage and throw it in a pan.

Smush the sausage out to cover the entire pan and turn on the burner.

Once the bottom of the sausage is brown, cut it in half, flip each side, and wait for the other side to brown.

Use a meat chopper to chop up the sausage into crumbles.

Drain the oil from the cooked sausage.

Once the cheese in the Crock Pot is melted, add the one pound of spicy sausage.

Add one drained can of corn.

Add two cans of Rotel Classic.

Mix all the ingredients together in the Crock Pot.

1 block softened cream cheese
4 ounces sour cream
2 jalapeños, deseeded and chopped

Tips
To perfectly crumble sausage, smush it out to cover the pan, brown the bottom, cut in half, flip, brown the other side, then chop it up.
Grate your own cheese instead of using pre-shredded.
