Brown ground beef in a pan, breaking it up with a wooden spoon.

Slice a tomato.

Pour milk into a bowl.

Add yeast to the milk and let it activate.

Add flour to a large bowl and whisk.

Pour the milk and yeast mixture into the flour.

Mix until a dough forms.

Knead butter into the dough.

Roll out the dough into long strips.

Place the dough strips on a baking sheet.

Brush the dough with egg wash and make diagonal cuts on top.

Shred lettuce.

Slice an onion.

Toast the bread rolls in a pan with butter.

Add Sazon Goya seasoning to the cooked beef.

Add sliced onions to the beef mixture.

Season with Adobo seasoning.

Add American cheese slices to the beef and onion mixture, melting it.

Spread mayonnaise and ketchup on the toasted bread rolls.

Add shredded lettuce to the sandwich.
