Directions

  1. 1Add rocket leaves to a chopping board.
  2. 2Place tomato slices on top of the rocket leaves.
  3. 3Add red onion slices.
  4. 4Season with salt.
  5. 5Place fresh ham slices on top.
  6. 6Add roasted capsicum.
  7. 7Add basil leaves.
  8. 8Add prosciutto.
  9. 9Add fresh sliced mozzarella.
  10. 10Drizzle with mayonnaise and chilli.
  11. 11Drizzle with honey.
  12. 12Chop all ingredients on the board until finely mixed.
  13. 13Cut the ciabatta bread in half lengthwise.
  14. 14Stuff the chopped mixture into the ciabatta bread.
  15. 15Cut the sandwich in half.

  • handful rocket leaves
  • slices tomato
  • slices red onion
  • pinch Salt
  • pinch Pepper
  • slices fresh ham
  • small bunch basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon jarred chilli
  • 0.5 roast capsicum
  • slices prosciutto
  • slices fresh sliced mozzarella
  • small drizzle honey
  • Fresh ciabatta bread
