Directions
- 1Add melted butter and sugar into a bowl.
- 2Whisk until butter and sugar are all combined.
- 3Add eggs, egg yolk, and vanilla.
- 4Whisk until there are no more lumps.
- 5Add vegetable oil and cocoa powder.
- 6Switch to a spatula and gently stir to combine.
- 7Add flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
- 8Gently stir with the spatula.
- 9Just before it's all combined, add chocolate chips.
- 10Preheat your oven to 325 degrees.
- 11Grease an 8x8 inch pan and add parchment paper.
- 12Pour in the brownie batter.
- 13Bake for 40 minutes and let it cool before cutting into it.
