Directions

  1. 1Separate the Oreo cookies and crush the cookie part using the mortar and pestle.
  2. 2Mix the crushed cookies with melted butter in a bowl.
  3. 3Roll the mixture into a flat sheet using a rolling pin.
  4. 4In a separate bowl whisk together the heavy cream, powdered sugar and the oreo cream filling until soft peaks form.
  5. 5Spread the cream mixture over the flat cookie dough.
  6. 6Roll up the mixture to create a log shape.
  7. 7Cut the log into slices.
  8. 8Decorate with extra cream and chocolate syrup.

  • 100 grams Butter
  • 200 ml Heavy cream
  • 100 grams Powdered sugar
  • 50 grams Chocolate syrup
