Directions

  1. 1Add three large cooked and shredded chicken breasts to a large mixing bowl.
  2. 2Add one cup of sour cream.
  3. 3Add a half cup of milk.
  4. 4Add one 10 ounce can of cream of chicken.
  5. 5Add one tablespoon of minced garlic.
  6. 6Add a half cup of mozzarella cheese and a half cup of cheddar cheese.
  7. 7Add six pieces of crumbled crispy bacon.
  8. 8Add pepper to taste and one packet of ranch seasoning.
  9. 9Mix all ingredients together.
  10. 10Coat a 9x13 glass casserole dish with non-stick spray.
  11. 11Place half of the bag of tater tots in the bottom of the casserole dish.
  12. 12Pour the chicken mixture over the tater tots.
  13. 13Top with the remaining half cup of cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  14. 14Top with the remaining tater tots.
  15. 15Place casserole dish in a 375°F oven for 40-50 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
