Creamy Cole Slaw

Directions
- 1Roughly chop the coleslaw mix with a pair of scissors to make smaller pieces.
- 2Grate the purple onion.
- 3In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, heavy cream, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, celery seed, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- 4Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mix and toss to combine.
- 5Cover and place the coleslaw in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
