Place the pork chops in the slow cooker, spreading them out to fit.

Add 1 1/2 cups of ketchup over the pork chops.

Add 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce.

Season with salt.

Season with pepper.

Pour 18 ounces of Dr Pepper over the ingredients in the slow cooker.

Stir everything together.

Cover the slow cooker with the lid.

Cook on low heat for 6 hours.

After 6 hours, remove the lid.

Check if the pork chops fall apart easily with a fork.

Serve a pork chop over mashed potatoes.

Take a cup of the juice from the slow cooker, mix it with a cornstarch slurry, and pour it over the pork chop as gravy.

Garnish with parsley if desired.
