Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Directions
- 1Peel and cut the potatoes into same-sized pieces.
- 2Add two cloves of garlic and cover the potatoes with just enough water so they are covered, not swimming.
- 3Add enough salt to the water, remembering that potatoes absorb a lot of salt.
- 4Cook the potatoes uncovered until all the water evaporates.
- 5Before the potatoes cool, start mashing them.
- 6Add salt, freshly broken pepper, and cream cheese while mashing.
- 7Serve the mashed potatoes and garnish with a little parsley.
