Crockpot Creamy Beef Ramen Bomb

Directions

  1. 1Spray your crock pot.
  2. 2Brown two pounds of ground beef, drain excess grease, and add it to your crock pot.
  3. 3Add one cup of beef broth, one cup of sour cream, half a cup of soy sauce, and one block of cubed cream cheese to the crock pot.
  4. 4Add two teaspoons of garlic powder, two teaspoons of smoked paprika, and about half a spoonful of chili oil.
  5. 5Stir the ingredients roughly, as the cream cheese will be hard to melt at this stage.
  6. 6Put the lid on and cook on high for one to two hours or on low for three to four hours.
  7. 7Stir everything well.
  8. 8Break up and add one 8 oz box of ramen noodles to the crock pot, ensuring they are covered.
  9. 9Put the lid back on and cook on high for the last 30 minutes for the noodles.
  10. 10Stir everything once done.
