Spray your crock pot.

Brown two pounds of ground beef, drain excess grease, and add it to your crock pot.

Add one cup of beef broth, one cup of sour cream, half a cup of soy sauce, and one block of cubed cream cheese to the crock pot.

Add two teaspoons of garlic powder, two teaspoons of smoked paprika, and about half a spoonful of chili oil.

Stir the ingredients roughly, as the cream cheese will be hard to melt at this stage.

Put the lid on and cook on high for one to two hours or on low for three to four hours.

Stir everything well.

Break up and add one 8 oz box of ramen noodles to the crock pot, ensuring they are covered.

Put the lid back on and cook on high for the last 30 minutes for the noodles.

Stir everything once done.

You can use regular paprika instead of smoked paprika.
Adjust chili oil to your spice preference.
Break up ramen noodles before adding them.
Do not use the ramen seasoning packets if you prefer less flavor.
Top with sesame seeds, green onions, or vegetables.
