Directions

  1. 1Arrange the rigatoni pasta upright in a circular baking dish.
  2. 2Spread the ground beef sauce over the top of the pasta.
  3. 3Pour the heavy cream over the beef sauce.
  4. 4Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the cream.
  5. 5Top with parmesan cheese.
  6. 6Bake the dish for 1 hour.

  • 1 bowl ground beef sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
