1Add diced chicken breast, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and butter to the slow cooker and mix.
2Place garlic cloves on aluminum foil, add a little oil and salt, then enclose the garlic in the foil.

5Remove the garlic from the slow cooker.
6Shred the cooked chicken.

9Pour the high-protein three-cheese alfredo sauce (made with cottage cheese, cream cheese, parmesan reggiano, asiago, and milk, seasoned with salt and pepper) over the pasta and chicken.
10Mix everything well in the slow cooker.
11Add about half a cup of reserved pasta water to the mixture.
12Cover and cook on high for an additional 15-20 minutes.
13Divide the prepared Alfredo into 10 equal-sized containers for meal prepping.
