4Bake the chicken crust in the oven for 25 minutes, or until golden and firm.
5Let the crust rest for 5 minutes.
6Increase the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C).
7Spread your favorite pizza sauce over the cooked chicken crust.
8Add mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices on top of the sauce.
9Bake for another 10 minutes, until the cheese is melty and bubbly.
10Let it cool slightly, then slice and enjoy.

Tips
You want the crust thin or else it will have a hard time getting crispy.
