Ingredients: 1 cup water; 0.75 cup sugar; 2 tbsp orange juice concentrate; 0.5 cup lemon juice; 0.25 cup lime juice; sparkling water or club soda; 1 pinch citric acid; 1 splash pineapple juice; 1 splash fresh lime juice; 1 drop blue food coloring; 1 drop yellow food coloring

Directions

1Heat sugar and water until the sugar is dissolved.
2Let the sugar and water mixture cool.
3Add 1/2 cup of lemon juice and 1/4 cup of lime juice to the cooled mixture.
4Add 3 tablespoons of orange juice concentrate to the mixture.
5Mix well.
6Optionally, add a little bit of citric acid.
7To make the Baja Blast, add a little of the homemade Mountain Dew syrup to a glass.
8Add a splash of pineapple juice and lime juice to the glass. Adjust to preference.
9For fun, add a drop of blue and a drop of yellow food coloring.
