- 5Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 6Bake the cake.
- 7Melt dark chocolate with water.
- 8Combine the melted chocolate with flour and milk to make a chocolate cream.
- 9Cut out bear shapes from the baked chocolate cake.
- 10Place some chocolate cream inside a bear-shaped mold and top with a bear-shaped cake piece.
- 11Decorate the cake sandwich with whipped cream, strawberries, and white chocolate for the bear's snout and eyes.
