Add chickpeas to the food processor.

Add sliced onion to the food processor.

Add fresh garlic to the food processor.

Add green onion or dill to the food processor.

Pour water into the food processor with the ingredients.

Close the lid of the food processor.

Start blending the ingredients in the food processor.

Open the food processor and stir the mixture.

Close the lid and blend again until the mixture is fine.

Transfer the blended mixture to a mixing bowl.

Add black pepper to the mixture.

Add coriander to the mixture.

Add garlic powder to the mixture.

Add cumin to the mixture.

Add shata (chili flakes) to the mixture.
