Clean goat meat with vinegar and lime, then rinse and pat dry.

Season the goat meat with green seasoning, curry powder, all-purpose seasoning, and Aromat seasoning.

Mix the seasoning thoroughly into the goat meat.

Cover the seasoned meat with plastic wrap and let it marinate.

Heat oil in a pot.

Add curry powder to the hot oil and toast until fragrant.

Add the seasoned goat meat to the pot and stir.

Cover the pot and let the meat sweat to release its juices.

Add chopped onion, bell pepper, and spring onion to the pot.

Cover the pot and continue cooking.

Add hot water to cover the meat and simmer.

Add carrots to the pot and stir.

Add chopped potatoes to the pot and stir.

Tips
Clean goat meat with vinegar & lime, rinse and pat dry.
Marinate meat overnight if possible for best flavor.
Toast the curry powder in oil until fragrant before adding the meat (burn the curry).
Slow-cook for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender, topping up with hot water if needed.
