Ofada Rice and Sauce

Directions
- 1Pour rice onto a baking sheet and spread it out.
- 2Pour rice into a pot of water.
- 3Strain rice.
- 4Add rice back into pot of water.
- 5Dice the onion.
- 6Cut fish into pieces.
- 7Dry fish.
- 8Add diced onion, meat, and red pepper to a pot and cook.
- 9Slice green pepper.
- 10Add seasoning to the fish.
- 11Fry the fish.
- 12Boil eggs and remove shells.
- 13Add tomato sauce, seasoning, and the boiled eggs to the pot.
- 14Place rice on a plate and pour ofada sauce on the side.
- 15Mix soft drinks and wine in a glass and add lemons.
