Transfer the cooked noodles to a large bowl and mash them slightly.

Add the boiled and mashed potatoes to the noodles and mix well.

Add the chopped and boiled green peas, carrots and beans.

Add the finely chopped onion, green chillies, and coriander leaves.

Add rice flour, carom seeds/Ajwain, turmeric powder, coriander powder, amchur/dry mango powder, pepper powder and salt.

Mix all the ingredients well.

Take a ball-sized dough and shape it into a round patty.

Repeat the process to make all the patties.

Take a baking tray lined with baking paper and spread some oil.

Coat the patties with breadcrumbs on all sides.

Place the coated patties on the prepared tray and apply some oil to the top of each patty.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 16-18 minutes, flipping halfway through and applying some oil.

2 cups Cooked noodles (overcooked/leftover)
2 large Potatoes (2 large)
0.25 cup Green peas
0.25 cup Carrots
0.25 cup Beans
1 large Onion
2 Green chillies
2 Coriander leaves
2 tbsp Rice flour
1 tsp Carom seeds/Ajwain
0.25 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
0.5 tsp Amchur/dry mango powder
0.5 tsp Pepper powder
1.5 tsp Salt
0.5 tbsp Oil
1 plate Breadcrumbs
