2Coat beef slices in light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cornstarch, bicarb soda, sugar, and high-fry oil. Set aside for 10 minutes (or ideally 30).
3Cut spring onions, garlic, and broccoli into desired sizes.
4Cook dried rice noodles per package instructions and rinse once cooked.
5Fry the beef in a wok or large frying pan with high-fry oil until crispy. Set aside.
6Add beansprouts, spring onions, garlic, and broccoli to the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
7Add the noodles to the pan.
8In a bowl, mix dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar and lemon juice. Add the sauce to the stir-fry and coat the noodles until golden brown.
9Add the cooked beef back to the pan and cook for another 2 minutes.
