Directions
- 1Add ghee to a pot.
- 2Add bay leaves and cloves.
- 3Add chopped onions.
- 4Add lemon zest.
- 5Add chopped tomatoes.
- 6Add SS Special Kabsa Machboos Masala.
- 7Mix all ingredients together.
- 8Add tomato paste.
- 9Add lemon juice.
- 10Add turmeric powder and red chili powder.
- 11Add boiled eggs.
- 12Take the eggs out of the pot.
- 13Add water.
- 14Make 3 cuts on chicken.
- 15Add chicken into the pot.
- 16Add water.
- 17Take the chicken out of the pot.
- 18Brush sauce on chicken.
- 19Grill chicken.
- 20Add soaked rice.
- 21Add green chilies.
- 22Cook the rice.
- 23Put rice on plate.
- 24Add chicken, eggs, cashews, cilantro and lime slices.
